Design & Copyright

All intellectual property rights of the goods including without limitation all copyright, design rights, registered designs and trade marks shall be and remain the property of MU Enterprise Ltd.

Product Changes & Specifications

MU Enterprise Ltd reserves the right to add or delete from the ranges or to change the specification of products without notice.

Prices

The prices specified in this website are inclusive of VAT which shall be charged at the current rate. Goods will be invoiced at the prices correct at the time of dispatch. MU Enterprises Ltd reserves the right to increase prices at any time without prior notice.

Carriage

Standard delivery on UK orders under £100 will be charged £3.95 postage and packaging. We offer free postage and packaging on orders over £100. Next Day delivery on UK orders is charged at £10. Orders must be placed before 12 noon to receive the following day. Next Day orders placed on a Friday does not guarantee Saturday delivery.

Delivery

Any date specified by MU Enterprises Ltd for delivery is given and intended as an estimate only. MU Enterprises Ltd shall not be liable to make good any loss or damage of whatever nature arising directly or indirectly out of delay in delivery.

Credit Terms

Payment for goods must be taken before dispatch. Payments can be made by debit/credit card by calling the Sales office on 02072277930 or 02072225533 (ex 204) or by cheque to MU Enterprise Ltd sent to Sales & Dispatch (Trade), MU Enterprises, 24 Tufton Street, London, SW1P 3RB

Claims

Any delivery shortages, discrepancies or damages must be notified in writing to enterprises@mothersunion.org within 7 days of delivery.

Title

All goods remain the legal and beneficial property of MU Enterprises Ltd until full payment has been received and cleared, although the risk passes to the buyer at the time of delivery. If the buyer commits any breech of his/her obligations to MU Enterprises Ltd, including failure to pay for the goods by the date MU Enterprises Ltd shall have the right to enter buyers premises with or without prior notice to take repossession of the goods without prejudice to any other remedy.

Governing Law

The construction and validity of these Trade Terms and Conditions and the performance of the services pursuant hereto shall be governed in all respects by English law and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
